We hope the next couple of pages will delight you! These borosilicate glass pieces created by Unicorne Beads are individually handcrafted in the USA from highly skilled glassblowers. They are made in a torch flame in the same way other lampwork beads are made, but the type of glass used is “hard” or borosilicate glass from Europe and the USA. Borosilicate glass is worked at a much higher temperature than other glass and that fact, as well as custom mixed colours and sometimes dichroic, gives the rich natural colour characteristic of Unicorne borosilicate beads.
No two beads are ever exactly the same, so a natural fluidity is created that transfers into your designs.
